CAFÉ

Bliny

These Russian pancakes are topped with sweet jam in three flavors. Although thicker than crepes, they're still very thin. Eating them, you may find yourself shrinking...

Nanaimo Bars

A Canadian treat consisting of a layer of custard-flavored butter icing sandwiched between a chocolate brownie and a layer of melted chocolate.The result is so creamy and smooth that you'll find yourself slipping and sliding everywhere.

Peppermint Hot Chocolate

A simple mug of hot chocolate with a peppermint treat melted into it. It's so hot, you may find yourself breathing fire afterwards, literally.

BeaverTails

Another Canadian delicacy, a piece of fried dough stretched into the shape of a beaver's tail, and seasoned with lemon juice and cinnamon. This classic treat will keep you good and warm, even in the coldest winter day.

Taiyaki

A Japanese treat, a bean-paste filled cake in the shape of a fish. Are those gills growing on the sides of your neck? (Given water conditions, recommended in tandem with a bite of a Beavertail)

The Sinner's Sandwich

A turkey, strawberry jam and cereal sandwich. This unusual creation is actually surprisingly tasty, but eating is, nonetheless, an act of contrition. After eating it, your sleep will be troubled by vivid nightmares, and after midnight the Gardens will be populated by the undead and by gigantic dogs, all out to get you...but of course, they exist only in your mind.

Lemon flavored or vanilla. If you eat this bell-shaped bundt cake you will find yourself expanding to match.

A richly decorated sponge cake, be careful when you look up from eating it. Whichever woman you see first will be the object of your infatuation.

Tortita negra

This little black pastry bears a superficial resemblance to a coal, if you want to avoid any in your stocking: best get to making amends for your misdeeds.

Stutenkerl

The Stutenkerl comes in a number of interesting figures, some with smiling faces and some with hooves. Whichever you eat, you will find both sides of your conscience (that little angel and that little devil) can now be heard by everyone
